Hi Alan, Give up on perfectionism; don’t expect others to do things as you would have done. - is one for me!!!! I'm a bit of a perfectionist and started getting more input from carers over the past year and often get frustrated as no-one does it how i want! Tiring and stressful to explain things to the nth degree, so definitally agree with this one.
