does any one know where i can get a wristband saying, i have ataxia please

It would be a great idea to have something that specifically states 'ataxia'. You could try one of the many online sources for medical ID jewelry.
I carry, in my wallet, a card that I printed out with some of the problems I have and the heading 'Affected by Ataxia'. The card is somewhat worn with age and I intended to make a new one and laminate it today - reading your post reminded me to do it!
