"Ultralight Designer Chair"

Has anyone heard of or know about this over-shoulder wheelchair?

It looks “cute”; just on that, though, hints to me that it might be a piece unworthy of even trying it out. It’s a transport chair, 14.5 lbs., and in the “Gold Violin Independent Living” catalog for $240.

I've never heard of an over-the-shoulder wheelchair as most wheelchair users would be unable to walk with a chair on their shoulders.
