Using a walker

Hi I have a question. I have a rollator and since I shake, I’m afraid to use it. I don’t wanna fall. Does anyone know how to make the rollator weighed down so it feels more secure?

Hi Diana, when I was in therapy they would put ankle weights on my walker. Hope this helps.

Do you have a basket attached? If so, maybe try adding a sand bag inside there to weigh it down. That should add some weight

Yes, you can buy bags of sand or some other heavy material or dirt that are very heavy. Try Lowes or a local hardware type store.
