Waddling like a penguin

Well there’s one bit of good news. If you waddle like a penguin (and me), you’re being energy efficient. There’s been some study into the waddling walk of a penguin and they discovered that this actually saves a bit of energy. A normal person relies only on muscle strength. We (and penguins) have this side to side swing like a pendulum and our walk partially uses gravity. :grinning: :grinning: :penguin:
