What happens as disease progresses

All too different...even those who have the same type.I have my opinion..however.

Oh BTW I'm not even sure what I have IS ataxia..no one seems like to know!! Even though i have same symptoms.and.I've deteriorated..for 10 years...

Oh yeah

my opinion is.positive thinking doesn't help..everyday is different for me

I'm a born again.Christian ..so..I just trust HIM..with the why??

We’ll, Maggie, I am a lucky bastard.
And I don’t worry too much about tomorrow.
I knew it was a joke -

I live in ignorant bliss

Hi Kim

Sounds as if we are in the same boat.Even though I have late onset I was diagnosed in my 40's.

My cerebellar syndrome started about 6 years ago. Many think my degeneration has been rapid bbut it is only this year I have developed the tremor and cannnot walk unaided. I can do certain things but very slowly and with difficulty. It seems such a contrast with how I used to be.

However I have no pain, fatigue or swallowing difficulties.I have only just gone into a wheelchair and have spent many happy years with the walker.

Marie

It's different for different people. However, I try not to think too much about the future. I'd rather focus on today.
