What I could do in the past

In my teenage i have been able to turn cartwheels on the balance-beam, by using only one hand. Ten years later i was not even able to to this on the floor, in a line, realizing that my balance had decreased. Another five years later i started to use a shopping trolley to transport my papers; Today i am getting tired very soon, and thats really one of the worst obstacles. Hopefully these infections and fatigue will be reversible to some extent. This forum helps me a lot to find new tools for enhancing my health state. Thanks!

There's pictures of me as a teenager standing up. On my own. Not leaning on anything. It's like looking at a picture of someone else. How on earth did I used to do that?

And it's also deeply depressing when I watch videos of myself as a toddler and I'm walking further than I can now. C'est la vie.

Do not look back !
Look forwards to a new you !

Hi Bernard,

You have written: Look forwards to a new you !

I would ask you:****have you been successful in doing so?****

Kind regards, and have a nice Sunday.
