# Which is worse? Hot or cold weather

I’m getting back to my “normal” after five months of hell! Sciatica pain is gone (thank goodness) but my balance and equilibrium is still off from what it was before the Sciatica. Some days are better than others and I think that all is finally returning.

HOWEVER, today the barometric pressure got low because of a passing hurricane and my balance and equilibrium was “off.” Same when it’s hot and humid. Also when I get fatigued.

Sound familiar?
