I have one for outside with big wheels and no tray and an indoor one which is good for carrying things around but the brake gets in the way.

I can see I shall start with one and then collect them!! No not really but I do know people who have more mobility aids than I could store here.

I do want to keep walking but feel the need to be sensible and stay safe. Psychologically, I will not feel so vulnerable.. hopefully.

I have tried some walkers and have settled on this one which seems great value on eBay

£44 which is about US$60. with free P&P.

At least you got us on here. It’s a start. One day at your time and plan each day and if you don’t. Do at least you tried.

LOL.. I haven't got the energy to seize the day Beryl.

I have found today that helping Ken with some computer work has lifted my spirits. I started with essential chores, rest, stretching exercise on wii fit rest bit of computer work., lunch hypnotherapy/rest .. bit more computer work.. rest.. tea break..tv quizzes.. cook dinner.

xx

Patsy today I've had two laptops refuse to co-operate,is there anything more frustrating?

Before I get buried in contradictory replies, of course I haven't forgotten ataxia.

Plus I had a bubble in my contact lens....? Very weird but I got it replaced.

Of course when my husband came in the electronics worked perfectly!

After urging you to seize the day, I only had the energy to get frustrated! xB

p.s. I'm impressed with the wii fit, my treadmill is gathering dust.

I have got an electronic pedallar gathering dust so I do sympathise. The wii fit is a bit more interesting but I still struggle to motivate myself.

I hope you have less frustration tomorrow. xx
