There is work being done in antisense oligonucleotide therapy which is treatment for neurological problems. I talked to one of my doctors and he said they are about 2 years off from testing that particular drug on humans. But it should help significantly…so they say.
But by the time Phase 3 studies are done & FDA approves it will be 10 years
Yes maybe so…thats usually how it goes but i haven’t heard about that work before. I thought it was at least interesting. Fills me with hope that in my lifetime I’ll be able to take a pill and be cured!
