Chair Yoga for Ataxia through NAF


I suggest that everyone capable do this or something like this. It’s very important to be physically active!


Totally agree with you Chas it is use it or lose it.Any excercise is worthwhile and suggest put your phone in your pocket to measure the number of steps or distance walked each day.Yoga is great for balance and mindfulnesss and you can do in a chair or on the carpet or mat if you can manage .Take care Barry
