I have two family members suffering from Machado–Joseph disease (Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 - SCA3).
Do any of you heard about this Fampyra medicine?
We read in a group here in Brazil of people benefiting from this.
My relatives are already taking Resveratrol with no luck.
