I am taking a compounded 4-aminopyradine for my nstagmus and it helps. I could not get the commercial brand because I do not have MS, but my doc prescribed a slightly differend dose so it could legally be compounded and given to me. Sheesh!!! Seems ridiculous.
My doc just ordered this to be compounded for me too. It should arrive any day now… I’ll keep you posted!
