Neuroplasticity, bull or for real?

I have always hated to exercise, but recognize I need to do it anyway for all the good reasons you said. I have worked to find things I can do safely given my major lack of balance. For me, an exercise bike, and a treadmill where I hold on for dear life work. I also take walks while holding on to my husband. My ataxia is no better, but I am maintaining my weight–which has never been my strong suit, and I have been able to enjoy sightseeing vacations as long as we take it pretty easy and stop early and often (We stop for lots of coffee). I know that everyone has somewhat different symptoms, but that is my experience.

Holland is a great country!I have some friends there scattered about. Been there to visit a couple of times. Heel erg bedankt, ik waarderen dat!

Why doubt it. The brain is the final frontier of medicine. Someone explain phantom limb pain. Or disabled people who can play Bethoven note for note…
