I tried doing this from twitter Beryl but I couldnt type in the PDF so I loaded it into Libra as I refuse to pay for Microsoft Word… but still couldnt type in it. I am told that I can type my info into an email. Not sure where to send email but going to look at it. I wont give up LOL. I do like to join in where possible.

I reposted it on healthunlockedataxiauk Patsy, and someone there said they’d replied and that the email link had failed twice.
So I sent an email myself to the address given, and asked for a reply so I’d know it was the correct address. I received a reply earlier today
