My wife has completed phase of the test program at Barrows Nur. Inst. here in AZ. The company Biohaven has started giving her free of charge 200mg of this test pill as long as she wants it. Has anyone know to get better from this test pill?

Iāve seen posts from people on Facebook Ataxia Support Groupsā¦.involved in Troriluzole Studiesā¦reviews have been variable ā¦generally improvement with gait. It is said to be potentially most āeffectiveā for SCA3.
There hasnāt been much discussion here on Living with Ataxia. Butā¦you can do a search to see previous mentions.
Type Troriluzole in the āmagnifying symbolā next to your profile picture.

Hi Beryl. Iāve been impressed by two things ā¦ one is that the trial participants have largely wanted to continue use of Troriluzole as they felt it was helping them and the 52% reduction in falls for all SCAs and 58% in SCA3.
how long did it take for someone to notice that this pill was working?
I donāt recall anyone mentioning āhow long it took to notice a differenceā.
These people were involved in ātrialsāā¦.and progress was reviewed over a course of time.
Reading postsā¦Improvement (if any, some noticed no difference) was varied person to person, itās likely a medication you need to try for yourself.
