Another way is; have you clicked on the Welcome tab above yet? There is a drop down menu (3rd down) you can also watch a video that will tell you things you can do here. If that doesn't work for you cick on my photo to go to my page and message me about any problem yu are having here and I'll either point you to the right place or I'll find out for you. :-)
I also tried to post...kept saying I was over 140 characters...I give up...too hard with one hand...
