Asea

Hello everyone, I am sorry I have been away from the forum for such a time but I have been undertaking a most awakening trial ever.

As you will see I have titled my post Asea, this is the name of the product I have been asked to trial for the last 6 months. I am sure you can imagine that when I was told it had the ability to increase energy levels, positivity , promote a feeling of well-being and it was not a prescription drug.

Asea is fundamental in promoting Redox signalling I thinks its best if you all check out the Asea video presentation

I have to say that since trialling Asea my energy levels have increased, my recovery times from my exercise have reduced dramatically, I do have a great sense of "wellbeing" too.

I do understand you will have many questions and I am happy to answer them all, please please understand this is not implied in any way as a cure we all know there isn't one yet. But as diagnosed patient with Ataxia who has done his best to stay as fit as possible Asea has given me a whole new outlook on my life as an Ataxian.

Wishing you all the very best always

Darran

Hi Darren, would this help on a daily basis or how often would you take it? does it have any impact on your balance? Fran

Hello Fran, good to hear from you my friend, although Asea will not correct any Ataxia balance issues it definitely has improved my "inner" confidence to rely on my core strength more ,not to mention the feeling of having so much "get up and go " :)

I know how important it is to feel good and have confidence. All us ataxia sufferers seem to have more bad days than good when we don't have any energy to do anything. This could be a welcome boost to all of us. When your balance is all over the place and you can see people looking at you as if your drunk it really gets you down and anything that's going to help with a bit of confidence to get past that,I'm willing to try.

Hello again Fran I glad you're happy to ask questions regarding Asea, as I was so sceptical when asked to trial Asea, but I was told from the outset this is no miracle cure, but taking Asea regulary over a continued period well bring benefits and it really does.

I have been so overwhelmed by the benefits I have decided to be the Asea Team Distributer and if you would like to order some Asea please go to my link and click order, just follow the instructions and it will be with you quickly.

Hi Darren, now I've seen it all, an ataxian (if u really are one) trying to swindle other ataxians.

This MLM-marketed nostrum purports to increase the efficiency of two (of the many) body's antioxidants, and has been "shown to enhance the redox signaling processes involved in [oxidative] damage control." There is, of course, no scientific evidence presented to back up the ridiculous claims that some magical substances added to water can accomplish this. Although oxidation-reduction processes are involved in some forms of signalling relating to production of enzymes that decompose peroxides and similar reactive byproduct of metabolism [link], the Asea outfit has managed to flood the Internet with baseless screeds promoting their product; there is even a highly dubious Wikipedia article on "redox signalling". More skeptical opinion here. [1/2010]

Thanks Michel,

This is a great link that you posted here for everyone to read to be informed! :0)

Hi all

Don't think anything makes us physically better but we are all different in our responses and we must remember that one man's meat is another man;s poison.I think Michael doesnt want anyone to have false hope but as my Neurologist once said Anything that m akes us feel better in ourselves is a good tjhing. Each one of us is trying to find their own way through this disease. The human body is very complex and Scientists know a lot now but not all.I am probably putting my head above the parapet.I think both are right.Micheal is right for not wanting to mislead and Darren thinks he has found something that works for him.

Thank you Michel Beaudet for finding this article and I will use it at and present with other material both for and against the use of ASea, I will in the interest of all parties remove what I have written although they are my own findings.

With regards to Michel questioning my diagnosis, I am and unfortunately fully diagnosed with Ataxia, I do not believe in sitting in my wheelchair and waiting for the inevitable ( given my prognosis ) I raise £1000's a year for research in to a cure, I am a Trustee of Ataxia UK , please I ask you, if you have any other questions regarding me or my condition you contact me directly and not air them in public. We all have our own crosses to bear I just choose to carry mine high , live my life to the maximum and help as many as I can, to you I apologize if what I wrote offended you with regards Asea but I have always lived by "if it works for me it might work for one more" for you information too, any funds raised from Asea are going straight to research in to Ataxia.

Take care and best wishes , Darran
