I would like to inform you all that i am holding a ball for Ataxia UK at the East Midlands Conference Centre,Nottingham on September 29th 2012.
Tickets are £35 adults and £17.50 for children.
Price includes: 3 course meal,drink on arrival,wine on table,DJ,singer Mark Elliott,raffle,aution and lots of fun and games!
Strarts 7.30pm prompt til 1am.
Dress code: smart/evening wear.
