Bob's current Ataxia condition

For those of you that know of Bob and Brad [online Physical Therapists], Bob has Ataxia. This is his current condition:

Thanks for the update on Bob. I found it very interesting given that at 77 I have now the same issues as Bob.Walking and balance problems,Slurred speech,terrible writing but it could be worse. I was diagnosed in 2010 and was told trhat I could be in a wheelchair or have to use a walker in 7 or 8 Years time .Eercise ,yoga and almost no achohole helps me.We have to be careful and keep positive.Keep going Bob aaand Welcome Mike .

:slightly_smiling_face: I was told the same when I was diagnosed. Overall my progression has covered decades…slow but sure. Exercise…just keeping as mobile as possible stands us in good stead.
