CareCo Ads ..terrible customer services!

I just thought I'd mention after spotting the ads for Care Co on side of these pages that they have terrible customer services.

My powerchair arrived damaged and unsuitable for use. I notified them twice within the 7 days..they didn't answer until day 8 to tell me it was after 7 days and even though I involved trading standards they refused to refund me so lost £1,400.

As I am physically unable to travel to court or cope with a court case (sign language interpreters are not allowed in courts in UK) I cannot take them to court over it.

Just thought I'd make people aware incase anyone was thinking of buying equipment from them. If it arrives damaged or unsuitable you won't get your money back no matter how much it costs unless you're physically able enough to take them to court.

Kati, that is disgraceful! Immediately I'm trying to think who else you could involve as well as Trading Standards. Although I'm really surprised and disappointed that they couldn't give you good advice. Would the Citizens Advice Bureau be able to help? That's a lot of money to lose, you've been caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This should be highlighted on that programme Rip off Britain! It's beyond belief that they can get away with this! xB

It starts by going through Citizens advice then if they can't resolve they pass it onto Trading Standards.

It's just not good enough Kati, I feel so frustrated on your behalf. xB
