I dont quite get it. If one was tested negative for gluten induced ataxia, can one still be sensitive to gluten? Also' what is the policy regarding meat consumption? Neta
I've never been tested for Gluten Ataxia but my system does react adversely if I over indulge. The same with sugar and yeast. Specifically, I get a foggy head, bloating, balance worsens and an itchy rash appears. I'm just coming out of one of these phases, thank goodness. The foggy head is the most difficult to deal with. Although not vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of meat, free range organic chicken and good quality beef mince on occasion.
