I have been very interested in this topic
because I’m hoping that it may provide some of what we’re looking for. I have seen a couple people talk about using magnets and some interest in Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. I was interested in using the PoNS device since it seemed to get good results with TBI people with ataxia. I am rather discouraged, though, since the FDA hasn’t approved it yet even though the company first said it would be available long ago. What do you think? Should I keep waiting, move on, or what?
I understand getting FDA approval may take years. I’d suggest keeping an open mind but maybe it’s time to move on.
