Any one had this did it help?
Loz, every one is different, I did have it done 4 or 5 times with no results. In fairness, I had cancer in 2006 & was not sleeping well after the surgery. The Dr did some acupuncture on me for the pain & placed specific needles in me to help me sleep. That did the trick. So I guess my answer is that some times it does work.
