Thank you for posting, I’m familiar with Elizabeth Foss, she’s very encouraging and posts numerous informative videos.
I really like the 30-day challenges - I get a lot out of the exercises, and the format is great for motivating me to stick with it.

It’s great when you find someone who motivates you to exercise, we all need to just keep moving…
As Nike used to say “JUST DO IT!” It’s very important to exercise.
