Coping with Ataxia. Advice from a Specialist Physiotherapist

I came across this video on YouTube. Although it’s produced on behalf of the MS Trust, it does give a very good explanation of ataxia in general. There’s good advice on coping strategy’s, and interesting tips on how to cope with tremors, and sensory problems :slightly_smiling_face: We can never have too much helpful information
So, on YouTube.com search ‘Helping people with MS cope with ataxia. :slightly_smiling_face: xB

Would it be possible for you to check and repost the link you shared? It seems to direct to a Koodo commercial. Thx.

:joy: I don’t know what you saw, but I’ve just clicked on the link, then typed in search ‘helping people with MS cope with ataxia’. Then, I clicked on the first option :+1: :slightly_smiling_face: xB

Got it to work! Thanks. :grinning: I’m not sure why it initially didn’t work for me?
A good video for sure. Lots of good explanations and ideas. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks, but the information in the link I provided was specifically tailored to meet the demands of anyone coping with ataxia symptoms. :slightly_smiling_face: xB

Sorry if I stepped on your toes. I just like what she had to say.

No offence taken :slightly_smiling_face: MS can run hand in hand with ataxia, and not many people know this. I’ve sometimes wondered when I post, if any reference to ‘another condition, and helpful information’ puts people off reading it  That was the only reason for my comment :slightly_smiling_face: xB
