I’m pretty sure the answer is yes. But I thought that I would post anyway. When it’s cold outside and my legs feel the cold no matter what I wear, my balance [when I try is move] is thrown off more. My legs feel palsied and stiff. Also, when I sit for a long time such as watching a television show and then try to get up afterwards, my balance is really off. I do get it back but it takes about ten steps or so and it’s not 100%.
What I do after sitting for awhile is to stand up without moving for about 15 seconds. My friends just stand up and go. I try to be first.
