I find the cramps really far and beyond with proper hydration; I mix a pack of electrolytes in my bottle of water everyday. I have SCA 2.
Also, if you have any access to Gatorade, that drink also replaces electrolytes.
I never drink Gatorade due to the sugar load!

I get cramp at night - sometimes - horrible isnt it. A friend suggested drinking tonic water and this appears to help
My understanding about cramps - I get them now and then in the back of the legs at night - is due to lack of water in the body. So drinking liquid is the way to go.
I noticed I don’t have leg cramps at night when I properly hydrate and stretch good it definitely helps.
I have Restless Legs…so irritating and annoying to deal with. So far I’ve resisted asking for medication.
