Raising funds for research

Dear Friends

A year has passed and I am still running! I am training to run the Falmouth Road Race for the second time on August 11th 2013 and am writing to ask for your support this year. I run to benefit the MINDlink Foundation. This foundation funds research into finding treatments and hopefully a cure for ataxia (which I have) and other neurological conditions.

I am training hard and hoping to improve my time from last year and raise even more for this worthy foundation. I ask that you consider supporting me, anything you can do would be appreciated. If you happen to attend the race, I will be the one running with the baby jogger with no baby in it!

This year I will be escorted by 3 Eagle Scouts from Troop 9 Plymouth, Ma. They will act as my guides to ensure my safety and wellbeing.

Please help me help the researchers who are working hard to find a cure, like my physician, Dr Jeremy Schmahmann. He and his staff actually ran the race with us last year!

You can also help me by forwarding this to anyone who you think might want to help too! Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

Those wishing to donate by check, please make it payable to M.G.H., note on the check, MINDlink Falmouth Road Race, and my name. Send it to M.G.H. Mass General Fundraising Team c/o Mass General Development Office, 165 Cambridge Street, Suite 600, Boston, Ma 02114

Thank you
