I have SCA, unknown number. Recently been feeling jut slightly too hot, though skin feels cool and thermometer reeding normal. Peripheral neuropathy tests ok. Is this a deficiency of something, mineral or vitamin? Paracetamol helps but don’t want to be dependent…
Many Ataxias have fluctuating temperature symptoms, I have this too. Stripping off, and then piling clothes on, have become par for the course.
