Infrared therapy

I have PN and ataxia and have read about infrared helping with pain and lack of circulation. Has anyone tried this? Does it help?

I have no pain, more of skin probs and ataxia sca2, but used infrared (not sure if the same as light therapy technically if the same ) for skin. A slow build up from 1 min. up to 17min after 4 weeks and it works wonders for circulation, as any heat…, skin…with goggles on, and no tan bed, or tan shower…properly medicated under supervision of nurses, doctors…

Maybe I will try a clinic to test out.
