Stress and how you look at it

I had this understanding about “stress” and what it does to people in life. My mother helped me indirectly to come up with this one. Stress in life responds in your body in two different ways and that is in good ways or bad ways. So you have good stress or bad stress. Good stress is getting good news from someone and god stress is taking pain medicine for elements. The good stress may be bad stress to your body but your body will respond to it like everyday stress but the impact will be less server. How you deal with good stress is up to your body and how it deals with good stress impacts the body at a lesser way. Now bad stress is like over eating, or not taking those pain pills for elements you may have. Now you body respond to stress the same way that stress is to your body but the impact is greater to you and that is determined on your involvement or how you deal with stress.
