Does anyone know the best way to treat pressure sores? I am in London, uk.
A visit to the GP is essential. Relief from pressure, depending in where it is. Sitting or padding with a sheepskin rug may help, or using a memory foam mattress. Rub the area well and often to increase circulation. If the skin is broken then please get medical attention as these can get VERY nasty.

Can you explain to me pressure sores? I may have a few but have ignored them until reading this. Never put EA2 together with the funny pain I have in my hand and elbow.
